Why I left YouTube…

I disappeared… and today I’m finally sharing the truth about where I’ve been, what happened to my natural hair, and what’s been going on in my life behind the scenes, including building my own law firm, Alphonse Latham LLP!

This is the most honest video I’ve ever made. My natural hair took a hit, I experienced breakage, and life got loud. Between personal challenges, running a human rights and employment law practice, and trying to navigate everything at once… something had to give.
